Unit 1 Exam (35%) – June Year 11

Unit 2 Exam (40%) – June Year 11

Controlled Assessment (25%) –  Summer Year 10

 

Additional science = 1 GCSE

Unit 3 Exam (35%) – June Year 11

Unit 4 Exam (40%) – June Year 11

Controlled Assessment (25%) – Year 11

Mock Exams in June of Year 10 and January of Year 11


GCSE Triple Science

OCR Gateway Biology, Chemistry and Physics

Students can achieve 3 GCSE‘s: Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

Assessment

3 GCSEs

Sit separate sciences (Biology, Chemistry & Physics)

2 exam papers for each in June of Year 11 and one Controlled Assessment for each subject.

For each subject:

Exam Paper 1 (35%) – June Year 11

Exam Paper 2 (40%) – June Year 11

Controlled Assessment (25%) – Summer or Year 10 onwards

Mock Exams in June of Year 10 and January of Year 11.

  • Saturday Revision Sessions in Year 11
