Dear Student,
I am pleased to inform you that we have now received all your examination certificates and they are ready for collection.
These will be available to collect on the following dates:
- Monday 11th December 2023 – Thursday 14th December 2023
- Tuesday 2nd January 2024 – Thursday 4th January 2024
Please come to Main Reception at The Leigh Academy between 12pm and 1pm. When you arrive, we will need to see your proof of identity (e.g. credit card, driving licence, passport) to ensure the confidentiality of your certificates.
Should you prefer someone to collect certificates on your behalf, your representative should bring a letter signed by you giving them permission to collect your certificates together with proof of their own identity.
Please note: Examination Boards require us to return any uncollected certificates after one year. Please ensure collections are made before this time. If you are unable to attend any of the above dates, please email the Exam Office assistant: sarah.rousell@leighacademy.org.uk to arrange a suitable date for collection.
